These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenPasture. By using OpenPasture, you agree to these Terms.
Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Do not post, upload, or sell prohibited or illegal items (see Banned Items).
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or interfere with our systems.
Marketplace
- Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, pricing, and compliance with local, state, and federal law.
- OpenPasture is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
- OpenPasture is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenPasture disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
